7. Shipping and Handling

At StudyUpIndia.com, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately and on time. However, we request you to please note the following:

• As clearly mentioned at the top of the checkout page, there may be a delay of up to 8 days in dispatching your order. This delay will also extend the overall delivery timeline accordingly.
• A delay of 5–6 working days in shipment is considered standard in some cases and will not be considered valid grounds for complaints or refunds.
• Orders are shipped via registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post) only.
• We generally dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
• The typical delivery timeframe is between 1 to 8 working days, depending on courier/postal norms and the customer’s location.

Any shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable under all circumstances.
